Yes. We source directly from trusted manufacturers and authorised distributors. Certificates (SDS/IFU/DoC) are available on request.

Accounts, Quotes & Orders

Download the application form from the website, or request via the ‘enquiries’ section and we’ll get one sent to you. We’ll verify your details as soon as possible and enable you access.

Yes. If you require a quote, please email orders@dentech.co.nz with the required items and we will send a quote across to you.

Yes, you must have an approved account with us. Send your PO to orders@dentech.co.nz and it’ll be processed asap.

At the moment, orders are held on account, which is payable by 20th of the following month by bank transfer. Payment by credit card will be available soon.

All prices shown exclude GST. GST is added at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery (NZ)

Shipping and freight charges are added to the invoice at point of dispatch. Due to the varying weight, size and combination of products ordered, it is difficult to have a clear freight policy at point of checkout.

If orders are received before 10am, we will aim to have them dispatched the same day. Orders received after 10am may be dispatched the same day, if not the following business day. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and carrier service selected at checkout.

If it is supported by our courier service, we can offer it, but largely we stick to business day deliveries

Yes, if you are local to the warehouse (Hamilton) you are welcome to collect your order. You will need to stipulate this at point of checkout and you’ll need to wait for confirmation of when the goods will be ready for collection

Stock, Backorders & Special Orders

Each product page shows live availability. If an item is backordered, we’ll email you an ETA and partial-shipment options.

Pricing, Bulk Buys & Contracts

There are multi-buy options on a lot of the products on the website. If the option is not on the website, and you are looking for a specific, bulk amount please contact us.

We do our best to hold the required stock for all our customers in our warehouse. There are times when stock will run out, but we’ll do our best to ensure this is few and far between. When we are out of stock, we’ll let you know an expected ETA for the arrival of the required stock

If you see the same NZ-stocked item from an authorised seller, talk to us — we’ll do our best.

Invoicing & Admin

Invoices are emailed automatically when the goods are dispatched. At the end of every month, you’ll get a statement of account which will list all invoices for the month in question. Here, you’ll also be able to download the specific invoices directly from your statement. Please contact us if something is missing.
